problem in ECC 5.0

Dear All,

I have installed a ECC 5.0 ides system successfully. But after restrt the system , in MMC it is showing that SNAP IN failed to initialize. nothing in coming in MMC.

Plz let me know what i have to do.

Hi ankit,

again create SAP MMC

1 copy and paste following files @ system 32 folders

sapmmc.dll

sapstartsrv.exe

librfc32u.dll

2. Register

double click on sapmmc.dll and select system32/regsvr32.exe

3. Run sapstartsrv.exe -t

and confirm popup to "Register com typelibrary only"

run MMC

from file add snap in

add button

sap system manager

save as local file

you can get it these files from market place

or from kernel dvds or if you have other installed system of ECC 5.0 then you can get it from there also

Close the MMC and reinstall SAP GUI software.This worked in my scenerio.Hope it works with you too.

Hi ankit,

You have to again register sap mmc in windows mmc using sapmmc and sapevents.dll file

find out pdf on market place how to reconfigure sap MMC on market place.
