Hi

In the sales order header we have texts like 0001 Layout set header text, 0002 Header note 2 (BL only)

Header note 3 (Invoice only). If we want to change this header text description where we can change?

u can cahnge that in text det config setting

go to img sd bf text control, select sales doc, header, and click on change icon, and changes can be done here.

Hi YSRao,

I have done the same after your reply and checked in the billing document whether the changes are appearing or not, it is appearing for me in the billing document. Check your authorisations with your Basis consultant and also save it, it is a workbench request so you might not be saving it properly or you do not have authorisation to save a workbench request.

Kindly check the same and revert back.

goto VOTXN select sales doc header radio button now fron the menu select text types

here u can change the text type description for 0001

Use T.Code VOTXN and change the text as you like.

Thanks for ur reply, we done like that but the text displaaying based on the Text ID, if we enter the text ID automatically the the text description is comming, In this step we can not change the text description.
