Hi,

system proposes one delivery date according to the cust. setting of TOR & availability check.

when u go to the screen of VL01N, u get actual pgi date, planned date. the actual date is one that pgi taken place for that particular transaction.

The actual delivery date is the date by which your goods reach the customer.

It is field appearing in delivery.

Planned delivery date will be calculated by the system automatically based on the backward or forward delivery scheduling based on which you maintained in your entry there.

But it is the actual date when the goods reach the customer.

The actual delivery date is the Planned GI date i.e. LIKP WADAT

Either your query should have been "What is Delivery Date" or "What is Actual GI Date"

Delivery date is nothing but the date by which the material should reach the customer.

Actual GI Date is the date on which you actually posted the goods issue and reduced the inventory.
