Hi,

How can we get standard reports in Service Desk? eg, how many issues have been completed, inprocess etc.

Try tx: SOLAR_EVAL (scroll down to Service Desk) and choose selection criteria by your needs.

Report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK_SE.

Hi,

CRM_DNO_MONITOR is a very extensive report which will give you a report with many possible input parameters.

is there any bar diagram as such available where i can monitor in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Hi,

We don't have any Bar Chart reports readily available in SOLMAN for Servicedesk.

we need to do custom development using CRM_DNO_MONITOR as the core.

Do you know about any transaction that also includes the attachments on the Documents tab?
