Hi,
How can we get standard reports in Service Desk? eg, how many issues have been completed, inprocess etc.
Try tx: SOLAR_EVAL (scroll down to Service Desk) and choose selection criteria by your needs.
Report RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK_SE.

Hi,
CRM_DNO_MONITOR is a very extensive report which will give you a report with many possible input parameters.
