Please guide me in setting up the Time in Solution Manager Service Desk

Hi V Shan,

Will you kinldy share me the Procedurs as to how the Time Zone Changes in Service Desk Messages.

I also need to sort out the Time Settings in Service Desk.

Elaborate your requirement. How can we know what you require without you explaining it to us.

I assume that you mean SLA configuration.

For SLA configuration check my reply in the following thread.

sorry for not explaining in detail, this is when a ticket is lodged in Solman , while checking in Transaction data i need to check at what time the request has been raised

Shan,

Choose the button "Transaction Data" then select the tab "Overview".

This will display "Who did what and when on a message with time and user ID, Description details".

Hi,

i'm able to view all those there but the prob is the time shown is not correct, i want to know where can i set the time so that it will show the exact request sent time

Thanks for the immediate respond, is it in transaction STZBC ? under "SAP Customizing Implementation Guide"? i get a message saying" If you change the system time zone, it will

affect all clients. Do you want to change it?" if i do any changes will it read our system time?

STZBC is for the SAP Systems timezone adjusment

I think what you are looking for is in the mentioned Service Desk part of the IMG (Customizing...Transaction SPRO)
