CCMS Alert - Service Desk Integration
We have configured CCMS alert monitoring in our solution manager and thatu2019s running fine.
We have also configured Service desk in Solution manager system that too working fine.
Now we need to integrate both the configuration like if any alert comes in CCMS so one request should automaticaly create at service desk
Please suggest if any one have done this kind of configuration.
We are running with SOLMAN 7.0
Please help
