Error IDOC can not be posted successfully

Hi,

I am getting following two errors while confirmation creation

<MESSAGE_TXT>IDOC can not be posted successfully</MESSAGE_TXT>

- <MESSAGE>

<MESSAGE_TXT>Receiver exists , No filters , No conversion , No version change</MESSAGE_TXT>

<MESSAGE_TXT>Receiver exists , No filters , No conversion , No version change</MESSAGE_TXT>

<MESSAGE_TXT>IDOC can not be posted successfully</MESSAGE_TXT>

</MESSAGE>

</GR_DETAILS>

BBP brings bak confirmaation number correctly but not GR No

Can anyone help?

Hi,

Error Msg "Receiver exists , No filters , No conversion , No version change"

Normally would occur when the Idoc is in unprocessed state ie 30 status in which case manual pushing of the idoc can be done using the relevant program.

but like suggested above you can check for the status of the IDoc in we02.

Hi,

Please check the lock entries in SM12. if is there any entries on EDDIC table, Please delete the lock and try to process the idoc,then it got processed successfully.

this error message is due to lock on EDDIC table.

Hi

Check tcode we02 idoc status of both system.

There may be red color records will be there rather than green color.

if it so click them and analyse the error of the data records.if any failed records are there , you must correct it and resend them again.

Hi,

Check in tx RZ20. Checkl in the confirmation menu for potential backend errors that are not allowing Idoc posting.

The error is for Idoc creation , might be due to XI mapping.

Would you like to give more detail's so that we can analyse the same.
