Generally if you do not want much troubles, use the HR integration.

Hi Raj,
A decision going for local org maintenance in SRM or resorting to HR replication depends several factor but Size of the Organization plays a critical role.
For large sized organizations manual maintenace of organization in SRM would be a tedious(redundant)task. And they would resort to distributing from HR system.
HR replication does not mean that there is no maintenance effort in SRM, but you minimize the maintenace to attributes(Attributes are still needs to be maintained for fully functional SRM).

do u think if we go through HR integration with SRM, wfl will be invoked from HR system only. Y only transfering HR Master data?pros and cons of creating an org structure in ebp or distributing from HR system
