WorkItem forwarding not possible in ECC

HI

we are on SRM 4 and Ecc 5 with Extended classic scenario.

Recently, we did a support package updgrade.

Now the approvers are not able to forward the workitem to another approver.

It gives a message " the user is not a dialog user"

However, the current user is setup as a dialog user. Can any one throw light on this.

Also are you forwrding the work item in ECC or SRM??

what type of user the from / to user in su01 ? wf-batch user involved anywhere?

Hi

We have multiple approver and multi level approvers and when they are trying to forward the workitem to another approver who is also a dialog user following user error appears

" Restell not a dialog user" In fact in the system he is a dialog user
