web dynpro service inactive after migration

After we migrate a web dynpro application, the node in SICF is inactive.

It is a big work to activate them, and error prone too since we sometimes forget to activate.

Is there any automatic way that the services are active after migration?

Thanks in adv.

I dont think you can transfer the SICF as active nodes, it should not be all that troublesome for the administrator to activate them. Most of these node can be ACTIVATED via right mouse click over the node and selecting context menu's ACTIVATE operation. If there is Hierarchy that is we have One Parent node of SICF and many sub nodes you can as well use ACTIVATE SUB-TREE functionality from the Context menu in SICF.

Thanks Prashant.

I know it is not very difficult to do it. But we have 8 different clients in each environment. Activating in each one by one is really a pain. So we were just wondering if any way that service is automatically activated on migration?

What do you mean by 'migration' in this context?

Transport of the application.

When transported to other servers, it is inactive by default in all clients.
