Dead Line Monitoring

Dear QM Expert.

I would like to maintian the dead line monitor for inspection type 09. Please send step by step of dead line monitor.

Hi

1.Material should be batch mananged - MM02 check batch mangmt

2. Enter some day based on your req. in Inspection intervals - enter No of days in QM view

3. Activate 09 inspection

4.Create inspection plan qp01 and assign material and MIC's

5.Run qa05 /qa07

in SAP Next inspection date for the batch get calculated by two ways if 01/04 and 09 inspection are active for the material

1. At the date for GR + Inspection Intervals in the materials master.

2. At the time of UD for recurring inspection lot 09. (UD date of 09 Inspection type + Inspection interval for the Material)
