Deleted Delivery

Hello,

A delivery has been deleted by the user in the past, and now I´m trying to view it. In the occasion, the system returns the message: "Delivery 84XXXXXX does not exist in the database or in the archive". Is there anyway that I can retrieve this document, or least to view it somehow?

Thanks,

Daniel Giacomelli

Hi,

You can retrieve Delivery document that is archived in 2 ways,

1. Transaction ALO1 > select Delivery document and view

2. Transaction SARE > Archive explorer > Mention Archiving object as RV_LIKP > In the field Archive infostructure select any one of the structure from the option available. Enter the delivery document and retrieve the data from archive.

-Thanks,

Ajay

It is not possible to retrieve or view the deleted deliveries, if they were not deleted by the means or archiving. When a user just does 'Delete' from the menu in VL02N, the data is being deleted from the database immediately and permanently.

In CDHDR/CDPOS table you will be able to only see the delivery number and confirm the fact that it had existed at some point, but was later deleted.

P.S. This question has been asked here many times already (and still appears at least every other week) - please use Search before posting.

It is possible to find out what happened to a deleted delivery.

Importantely who did what and when!.

Use VL03N to display a delivery that exists.

Do to the changes screen and enter the delivery number of the deleted delivery.

Hey presto, the details of the deleted delivery are displayed via the changed records.

Go to MB51, input the material code and Movement Type 602 with date range and execute. You will get a list of reversed material documents there. On top menu bar, you can see a box with blue colour. Click that so that you can see a report where the delivery reference alongwith other details can be seen there.
