Problem with Links in SRM Portal

Hi all,

I have a problem with SRM Portal . When i click on any link in the portal instead of navigating to new page it is opening the same page again .For example When ever I click on shop link it should ask for the details for creating the shopping cart. But, here it is displaying the same screen again with in that screen.

Hi,

This problem happened to me on our SRM dev system. It was a user profile problem.

The functional consultant added a role to my user and the problem disappeared.

Unfortunately, I don't know which role.

Oliver also correct.sometimes if one messed up roles, it may happen.

i recommend you to check TWPURLSVR table .here check your websername(Full domain name) and port are correctly w.r.t to your logical system( check logical system via scc4 and for your client .just cross check that your logical system entry is there)

this table is a maintable to generate URL.

We are able to see the logical system in scc4 as well as BD54 but we could not find that in the table TWPURLSVR . Can you give some more explaination on this

I think you can put entry via sm30 in twpurlsvr table . logical system will ask you there.

any errors on the default trace?.... also check that iviews workset.
