Output problem

Hi,

I have output type ZBA0 which is used for sales order form.

I have 2 type of sales order ZORA and ZORB which I attached this output type.

Problem :

I am facing one problem that every time for every sales order I have to go and attach output type for

each sale order in its header for print.

Can I get some solution so that every time we don't have to attach output type for print.

Hi,

go to img, sd, bf, output control, in output type details , give in default values drop down list as "issue out immediately saving the application" so that out put automatically issued provided condrecords exists.

Hi,

to automatically maintain the out put type:

try this

for output type ZBRO maintain out put condition record ;

same with order type ZORA and ZORB by selecting the condition table in ( T-code) VV11 and savethe same.

now the output will automatically trigger whenever you will try to creat order.

Hi Chandra,

If you don't want to enter manually every time then maintain the output condition record for your output type "ZBA0" for the order types "ZORA and ZORB" by selecting correct condition table in VV11 T.Code.

Save.

When you trying to create the order now the output will be automatically triggered.
