want ot create delivery order wihout stock

Hi all,

I am creating sales order in that putting material.Now i do not have stock in the material but i want to create a delivery order.Here i do not want to change in material master record any other setting plz let me know.Thanks for your reply in advance

If the schedule lines are due for delivery, you can create the Delivery but cannot do the PGI.

Here i dont not want to do PGI,just want to creat delivery order.I just want to know the configration setting.So that i can map this requirment.

Hi,

Try this...

Open your Delivery item category in 0VLP - Zero - V - L - P...

And in the AvailCkOff field put X - Do not check availabilit and try...

This may work...

As this deactivate the availabilty check for the delivery... We can able to create the delivery with out having the stock....

Without changing or making proper settings , your requirement will not solve.

its config issue,

in delivery item category- unmark "Material "0" is not allowed"-

but this will work only for text items.

if you specify any material number then qtty is mandatory. still you dont to maintain , may be you have to go for some system modificaitons.

• let us know, In which scenario, you dont want to enter "qtty" for the item-
