Output - medium Email

Hello All,

how do we configure for an output email trans.medium? and the output to shiptoparty go in PDF format, could be let me know the steps and methods.

Hi there,

This has been discussed many times earlier. Pls do a search before posting the thread.

Define a new O/p type. Maintain the default values as external send for email trigger. Maintain the O/p determination procedures & assign them to the sales doc type.

In the O/p control prog, put a logic that system has to pick up the WE partner in VBPA-PARVW. Then it should refer the mail id maintained in general data & trigger the mail.

Pdf format conversion is possible through ABAP code.

Explain the requirement to the ABAPer. He would code the logic. As a functional consultant, you need to provide him the tables from which data is to be extracted.

Hi Mahesh,

Please first goto the customizing place for maintaining output type. For example V/30 for BA00(order confirmation).

Then Transmission Medium and partner function could be mainted in default values tab.
