Hi ,
Could anyone of you helpme the steps carried out in ChaRM ( Change request management ) and configuration that need to be carried out in ChaRM .

Later login to solman enter tcode SPRO and goto scenario specific Change Request management node and start configuring by going through the IMG Help and as per requirement.
Create a maintenance project and Activate Charms
