My requirement is
Creation of inspection Point during RR for inprocess inspction inspeciton type 03
Created Sampling procedure with free inspection point
Sampling type - percentage sample
Valuation mode - Mean value with tolerance
Inspection Point
Free inspection point
Inspection Freequency - 1
Master Recipe setting
In the header of Master receipe
under QM
Insepction Point - 100 Freely defined inspeciton point
Under operation
i assigned a QN MIC and the sampling procedure which i created earlier
Control date settings
lower limit
higher limit
sampling procedure
single recording
scope not fixed
and when i check consistency check i got the follow ing message
QM data: Maintain inspection point reference
Message no. QP256
Diagnosis
The inspection defined in the inspection plan header is to take place using inspection points.
Procedure
You must create the inspection points during results recording either with reference to the time or quantity or without a reference.
You define an inspection point reference at the operation level.
Example
"Inspection every 30 minutes". In this case, an inspection is to be carried out every 30 minutes.
can any one help me what mistake i am doing
or is there any other way to create inspection point

For this select the operation and goto operation overview,there u can find the options like
a)Time related.
b)qty-related.
c)no relation.
if ur requirement not reach with options A&B, then select no relation.
your problem will be solved.
