Inspection Type 03 problem

hi experts,

im using inspection type 03 for a material but it doesn't produce an ilot. i am using master inspection characteristic for the material and i've included it in the routing using control key QM01. what might be the possible reasons why an ilot is not produced?

Hi Eva,

Ensure you've activated inspection type (indicator) in inspection setup of QM view and released the production order.

Have u released the production order for the material. Inspection lot for 03 is created while releasing the production/process order

hi,

i was using the inspection type 03 on the wrong material. i was using it on the raw materials not the fg thats why i dont have an ilot.
