Can Dunning and Account statement be Faxed automatically?

Hello All,

Currently we are printing but we would like to start Faxing the Dunning letters and the Account Statements.

But the problem is Dunning(F150) and the Account Statements(Program RFKORD10) dont have a output type where we can define whether we want a Fax, print or email.

Can you tell me if there is any standard way or an User exit/Function Module that can be used so that when we run the prgram it should fax the documents(by taking the fax number from the customer master).

Basically we want the first option to be fax and if there is no fax number in customer master then it should print at the desired printer.

Please let me know of any ideas, standard or custom that you are using.

You must control it with the enhancement F150D001 (check the demo coding in include LX150F01).

PD: for correspondence (account statement with tcode F.27) use the enhancement RFKORIEX (demo coding in include LXFKOF01)
