Alternate Unit of Measure - BAPI

Hello Experts,

I am trying to find if there is a BAPI that would allow me to create alternate units of measures with conversions on the product master in SCM. We are using SCM 4.0.

The BAPI BAPI_PRDSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI2 can be used to load multiple units of measure.
