Problem mail adapter PI7.1

Former Member

Hi All,

We are setting up the first mail scenario on our new PI7.1 system. The sender communication channel has been configured correctly.

However, when I go check the runtime workbench --> communication channel monitoring, we get a red dot for the newly created communication channel.

The only info we get is the short log, stating "not initialized".

Do we need to startup/deploy certain services on the J2EE engine?

Anyone an idea?

Kind regards

Joris

Hi Joris,

login to Visual Administrator and start up the Cluster -->XI_Mail Adapter service.

Hope it will help you in resolving the problem

Try to start and stop the CCs in RWB

Check in VA whether the services related to the File CC are started or not

Hi All,

When we stop the service via NWA, I see "No adapter registered for this channel" in the RWB.

When we start the service again, I still get the error "not initialized".

Starting and stopping the communication channel from within the RWB does not change anything.

Any other ideas?

Kind regards
