MCTA-Not able to access data

Dear Gurus,

When I run the standard analysis report MCTA for five months,I get data for jan09/feb09/march09 but not able to get the data for nov08 & dec08.

Hi Umed

check the infostructure for the updation, what period it was acivated from , what is the data from which data has been populated ?

else you can have a run to repopulate the data for the infostructure

you could use infostructure OLI9 to reset the data for the period

As per your instruction I have used OLI9 but I lost all my data....anyhow is there any way to get the data.

Like in one of the cases, in following thread:

User reported the same Problem and at last he confirms the Problem as:

Sorry. Actually I am running the report for the 12th month of this financial year 2008-2009 i.e next month.

I thought it's a fiscal year. After changing the month to 11th i.e. current month, data coming in the output of MCTA.

Tell me, why the future month is coming by default in the selection???

I think, most of the people are facing the same problem because of this assumption.

Request you to first check whether the same asumption hasn't been taken by You.

Dear Amit,

If it that so than where should Imake the change because Ihave made changes in user setting and made Number of previous periods as "5" so it is for jan/feb/march09 it is showing data but for 2008 i.e nov/dec08 is not showing.

If it is a matter of fiscal yr than can tell me where to make changes
