Pricing Creation

Hello Everybody,

Can someone tell me how to create and pricing procedure?

And how do we make the pricing procedure reflect in Sales Order?

I am new to SD Functional Module and trying to do self study.

Please help me with this.

Hi,

Pricing is determined on Bais of Document Pricing Proc, Cust Pricing Proc and Sales Area. Pricing Determination works on Condition Technique.

To maintain Pricing Proc You need to got o SPRO - SD -Basic Function - Pricing - Pricing Control

You need to

1. Define Tables you require with the Keys in them. - Activate the Tables.

2. Define the access Sequence - Assign the table Created as access in the step no. and table no. in the same. and Activate the Access by clicking on the fields.

3. Assign Access Sequence to the Relevant Condition Type.

4.Now maintain your pricing Procedure and make sure the the condition type is there either Mandatory or Manual.

Now goto VK11 where you maintain the condition records for the conditon type.

Then you go for Creating the Sales Order. and once you enter the material you see that the Pricing Determination is happening.

Being new to SD, you should also go through this forum rules from where you can understand that basic questions like this should not be posted. So hereafter, please search the forum first whether answer is available to your question and if not, you are welcome to post the question.

Meanwhile, below are the basic steps for a sale order pricing.

- First in V/06, you should create all condition types whatever you want like pricing, discount etc.,

- Next in V/07, you should maintain access sequence if the condition type is item condition. If the condition type is a header condition, then access sequence is not required

- Next you have to assign the above conditions in your pricing procedure V/08

- Next in VK11, you should maintain pricing condition

- Now if you create a sale order, those conditions will flow to your sale order.
