Hi All,
We have a requirement as follows:-
In a sales order when we go to header partners and double click on ship to party, it takes us to detaisl about address ,region etc. Here we can change the address and region, etc. Users change the address but forget to fill in the region field and hence the taxes are wrong as they do not change as no region is specified.
We have to make the Region field as mandatory or include it in incompletion procedure.
I have checked in incompletion procedure but there we cannot put the ADRC table as it is not the direct table from where you can pull the data.
Kindly provide your valuable inputs to solve this.

Try the following:
In OBD2, customer account group settings, make REGION field as required entry for the account group and check.
