Dear All,
I have copied the SAP Status --> QM_L_003 and created QMSPUD to prevent the Inventory Posting before UD is made.
It is working fine.
But the user status has change option.
By double clicking the status, we get a check box.
By deselecting the check box, the user status disappears.
What is auth. object of this user status?
Please guide.
We can restrict the change option of the user status.
With Best Regards,
Raghu Sharma
Dear All,
By introducing the second status, this issue is sorted out.
That is, two statuses, init and final are to be created.
This issue can be closed.

Raghu Sharma

Dear VRMP,
Using the Transaction Code : BS02, copy the std status profile - QM_L_003. and create your own user profile.
u can use the std one.
But it is preferred to copy and create your own std proile -- say QMIPUD.
Assign this user status to the inspection type in customizing.
Create new purchase order and do the GR.
The new inspection lot is created.
It will prevent the inv. posting before UD.
Plz. try and confirm.
Best of Luck.
With Best Wishes,
Raghu Sharma

Hi Gajesh,
I need --> Field selction - Modifiable Fields, to hide the User Status Profile in Usage Decision Screen.
If user profile exists then the radio button can be selected to hide.
Can u please explain how to hide the user status field in usage decision screen.
Please do the needful.
