Delvery not allowing

Dear All,

This is trading scenario.

I inward certain qty 200 T , 250 T, 50 T, of stock to the storage location. Batch No. for all three entries are same.Sales, del, GI has happened for 100 T out of 500 T.

When i try to sell balance 400T. Sales order created & schedule line shows the confirmed qty. But when i try to deliver the quantity as per the schedule line date, system showing no material is available.

We have already delivered 100T out of 500, but we caught unaware why the system is not supporting to deliver the balance qunatity.

Please advise.

Hi,

In Delivery screen only go to top MenuEnvironmentAvaliabilityclick on total records you will come to know the delivery which are created but not done PGI.. delete all those deliveries or make qty 00 & then proceed.

Dear All,

Everything is correct. Plant, storage location, Batch. When i do delivery, no delivery qty is copying. When i entered it manually the system showing no material is available. In MMBE, the material is available.

Hi

Check whether the stock is reserved for sales order

check in MMBE and double click on stock or detailed display

Hi Deepu,

Check If the same stock has been allocated to some other order.If not check "MMBE" If the stock is unrestricted or not.

Stock is unrestricted in MMBE. No other SO.

Hi

you can do this way

go to MB1B and enter movement type 412 , special stock E and enter

then enter sales order no and item no

enter storage location, material and quantity and save it

then create the delivery

Hi Deepu,

Pls check in CO09, see whether some other delivery or purchase order or SO was created and qty was confirmed for that. That will give u a clear picture
