SAP System copy problem

Hi experts,

I have one problem during homogenius system copy from one SID to another.

I have to make system copy on dev system before production start but after complete system post proccesing procedure SE06 /reinstall CTO/ request (all are modifiable ) missing in SE09 , theirs status are changed in the table E070 from modifiable to realesed.

Could you help me to keep requests in dev system after copy ?

I use Database Attach , Detach method for doing System Copy (ECC6.0 , MSSQL 2005)

I thiknk that maybe solution will be to realese all request before copy and transport to production system, but i want to hear and you solution

Of course, if you copy the system then you overwrite it with the production system and there no open change requests should exist.

And yes, you're right. Release them in DEV, import them in PRD and then copy the system.
