Hello Gurus,

I have issue in which the user is saying that he has created purchse requisition. But the corrosonding workflow is not getting triggered.

so he needed to carry out the process manually.

I have checked the SWI1 but the exception which was raised is " Purchase requisition & & already released "

Actually the user is trying to save 80 line items under the same PR.

And trying to save them at a time.

Please let me know if you have any inputs which may help me in investigaion.

Thanking you in advence!!

If the Workflow is not triggered, there will not be any entry in SWI1.

check out the agent assignment and simulate the rule to see if its going to any agent or not..

If PR is released manually, there might be some event which terminates the workflow...

PR.

Sorry let me correct myself,

the user created the PR at that time WF was triggered.

But he changed few fields in the line items which according to him should result into triggre for WF. But it is not happening likewise.

So kindly provide some input.

What is workflow template number u r using ?

Can you check in the workflow log, does the outcome is "Requisition Changed Significantly" when the approver changes the PR ? If so, as per the workflow design, the workflow gets completed...

Regards,

PR.

Helllo Gurus,

In this PR workflow the nature of issue is changed.

One service entry **** is taking too much time for execution

What is exacly happening is that there is a lock on the SES.

Which is being released by the system ( Unblocked )

But still the SES is in blocked state .

I wonder how is this happening!!

Can anyone help me regarding this one?

Is it just the thing that the system is behaving i this manner or there is some rational behid this behaviour?

Please help me.

Thanking you in advence!!!

Hi, Arshad

Thanks a lot for looking into this.

Well i have tried workflow overview but no luck.

I ve got one more i/p. The change document(SWEC) contains the field "responsibility" under "valuechanged" event . And the workflow is not triggered even on change of "responsibility" value.

The wf header does not contain the entry for the same.

So now my question is that as we specify in swec that this business object will have "valuechanged" as an event which will triggre on change. In the same line is it necessary to include the event in workflow header.

Thanks in advence!!!
