customer depot level restriction

Dear All,

Scenario is we have a client in which there are 20 depots under one/more than one sales organisations .Requirement is that for ex: depot X should be able to see and bill only those customers servicable under that depot only. Like that all 20 depots we have..

When I create sales order for Depot punjab ,At depot level I should be accessible to only those customers who fall under Punjab depot.i should not access any info about other depots

Pls guide as to how to achieve this

Hi

In your question two things come in light first User level second in Customer Level. User Level u can restrict by Authorization with Basis Consultant.

Same when the user will create the Order only authorized Depot will be list down for the customer.

Hi,

this can purely be controlled by integration with authorization management at depot/plant level. contact ur basis consultant and coordinate with him
