Hi Expert,

When i create a notification from web, suddenly appear a message like below =

"You have entered an invalid SYSTEM or CLIENT"

Just Information, we have 4 system which connected with Solution Manager.

System 1 = ID9

System 2 = ID10

System 2 = ID11

System 2 = ID12

When i choose System 1 in the create message window, the notification could be sent successfully.

But when i choose System 2, it will be appear message like above.

Have You any idea to solve this issue?

HI,.

Pls check if your system administrator has created Ibase for all the connected system

You can check the same from IB52 and enter 1 here all the system 1,2,3.4 will appear as components attached to main SOL_MAN_REP_DATA ibase.

Later check your Business partner.

Hi Prakhar,

The Ibase has been created and all system has been connected as component also.

And CRM001 (External System Identifier) has been attached in each BP.

Is there any miss configuration?

Hi Rhesa,

For checking basic customizing of service desk this report can be used

Goto se38 AI_SDK_CUSTOMIZING_LISTING press execute.

Also,

Can you post ticket via

tcode Notif_create in solman by taking the same system's and BP or userid.

Just check and let me know.

Hi All,

The issue has been solved by myself.

I attach employee responsible (partner) in each system in Installed based.
