Hi,

How can i do rounding of the material while creating sales order.(Rounding Profile in MM01 - Sales Org1 tab page)

My exact requirement is , i have 2 boxes in which each containing of 100 pcs,

but when the sales order is for 150 it has to take 2 boxes instead of 1 box,

restricting the user to go for 2 quantity.

What will be the suggested solution.

Hi,

Maintain Rounding profile with the combination of Plant in OWD1 transaction and here assign the roun off method and rounding rule.Then assign this profile to material master-->sales org1 then it will solve your problem.

Can u kindly explain the process of Rounding profile,

When i enter the t-code 0wd1 it is asking to create rounding profile.

how to create rounding profile ?

Hi,

Go to OWD1 transaction and enter any name in Rounding profile for example XYZ and enter the Plant number and if chosse static or dynamic button.If you choose static button it will take over into create static rounding profile here enter thresh.value and rounding value.For example in your case Thresh. value is 1 and rounding value is 150.

try with a field called delivery unit in material master/sales org-1 view
