unable to repair the user

hi

we are using the SRM4.0 tried to repair the user with bbp_check_users transaction, later

i Observed the below error @repair level 02 in production.

u201CUser1234 cannot be repaired because there an open shopping cartu201D.

please suggest me.

Please check SAP note:- 550055; also please check consistency of user with report HRALXSYNC.

Hi,

For a user who has open shopping carts can't be repaired using BBP_CHECK_USERS report, because the links between the user and the SCs would be canceled.

These users has to be repaired manually from transaction PPOMA_BBP. Please check the note 785802, for instruction on 'How to repair the user'.
