Approved Qunatity field

Hi,

A quotation will be created by the users.

In that quotations we have the field Order Quantity.

for example,

if two quotations are created as below

Q1 Q2

Item1 10 Item1 10

Item2 20 Item2 20

and the higher officials approved for Q1 only 5 and 10 I must use the approved quantity fields only in creation of the sales order.

So I must have the approved Quantity field also in tcode VA21 and VA01. Is the scenario possible. or can we approach the same in any other way.

Please give me suitable suggestions.

Hi,

user creates the quotation and higher official approves this is ur scenario.

whatever higher officail approves that is processes in SO

then, let higher officer go to change mode of quotation and change the qty to be approved by him and save it. then process the SO with ref to that. again u dont give the auth to users for VA22.

Sorry I forgot to mention that

The Higher official approves at Item level (i.e. where all the quantities are summed up) but not at each quotation level

He will have a screen like below

Q1 30

Q2 30

and He puts his approved quantity against each Item like below

Q1 30 30

Q2 30 20

And his assistant will manually distribute the approved quantitiy of a Item for all the distributors who opted for that Item at his choice

So I need the both fields so that we can have a refernce of the requested quantity
