Hello Experts,
my client using solution manager 7.0 sp18 (Service Desk)
Is it possible to link one incident to another incident?
is there any standard procedure for that.
any one can help me out please.

Hi,
You will have to check how the "Incident to CR creation" works.
Write a program that does the following:
1. Takes two incident ids as input and links them.
Procedure:
1. Find how the preceding and next document logic works (This functionality is available once copy control is implemented).
2. Pass your first incident id as the preceding doc and second incident id as the next document.
