Dear All,

I have created inspection plan. During manual creation of inspection lot , when I press tasl list / spec. tab(to assign inspection plan) , an error comes that no inspection plan found . What may be the reason ?

Hi,

Pl. check following -

1) Validity period of the Inspection plant. - Atleast 1 day before start of Inspection Lot

2) Release Status of Inspection Plan. - Inspection Plan must be released

3) Usage of Inspection Lot - Must be same as that of Inspection Lot

Also compare the lot size range of the inspection plan with the inspection lot quantity.

Pl check whether the insp plan usage maintined in insp plan header belongs to the insp type in use and the same inspection type is maintained in Material master

Check the following

Check the usage you have given in the inspection plan

Check the date of the plan , it should be before the lot is created

Check the status " Should be released"

Hi Rohit

The key date in the QP01- inspection plan creation should be before the date in which the inspection lot is created. If you have made a manual inspection lot and afterwards create the inspection plan at a later date this problem normally occurs.
