Hello-
Special procurement type in MRP1 view in r/3 determine the translane in APO. Has anyone know whether transportation time can be defined (for example, define as 7days) in R/3. Appreciated if steps provided.
Thank you in advance.

SaSJr
SaSJr,
I never had much luck with this. I always end up defining the time in APO. For each lane, create a means of transport, with the transportation duration defined. The SPK will assign the Material to the TL, and the means of transport will link in the transit time.
Since I only had about 50 lanes, I did them manually. You might be able to come up with an LSMW for larger numbers of lanes.
If you come up with a better solution, I am eager to hear it.

In inforecord (Transaction ME11) you can maintain Transport type (Standard, Subcontracting, Consignment). In this in "Purch. Org. Data1" you can mention Planned Delivery Time which is "Number of calendar days needed to obtain the material or service if it is procured externall". This info Record then you can CIF to APO.
Second way you can maintain Planned Delivery Time in MRP2 tab for external Procurement type.
