Local Product Category Issue

When material groups were replicated from ECC to SRM, two sub-groups were created under hierarchy R3MATCLASS; one for the local SRM system and one for the back end ECC system. Local product categories were created under the local system sub-group. Local products were created in the SRM system and linked to the local product categories. These products cannot be seen in shopping cart transactions by users of purchasing groups in the local SRM organization structure u2013 only the materials downloaded from ECC are displayed. Any ideas why the local product categories / products are being omitted from shopping cart transactions?

Hi Alan,

Hope that you have mapped backend material group(product category) in Extended attributes in your organisation structure. so you have to define the local product category map with srm logical system under extended attributes.
