Question about NWBC

Hi,

I am experimenting with NWBC and have some queries :

1) can it be used to replace the SAP Logon Pad for normal R/3 transactions?

2) we are running SAP ERP ECC6.0 (pure ABAP stack). I have installed NWBC but I'm not sure how to make the connection to the ECC6.0. In particular, I'm confused about the "path" in the setting.

3) do I have to make the service "/sap/bc/nwbc" active in SICF?

I'm sorry to waste your time. May I ask you some questions?

I'm a new , there's a NSP 7.0 (SAP ABAP trial version) , I access it by SAP Front End .

the NWBC can replace it ? NWBC is only used to access SAP ERP ?

I saw the prerequisites of Business Client installation, portal must be installed ?

NW2004s JAVA SPS12 must be installed ? there is NW2004s JAVA SPS12 trial version ?

Hai,

You can use NWBC for normal R/3 Transactions were SAPGUI is opened up in the canvas area of the NWBC.
