Hi,

User is unable to forward a work item using transaction SWI1_cond (used for approving contracts etc)

Options such as forwarding work item, within transaction SWI1_cond are disabled for the user.Pls suggest ways to enable the options for the user.Wether this can be achieved at ORG structure level in PPOMA_BBP.

Can you use SWIA tcode to forward workitem to another user?

Hi Muthu,

Are there any settings in tcode Swi1_cond to enable the Forward icon.The user wants to forward the work item from tcode swi1_cond and not SWIA.
