PO -Service entry -WBS assigned -no commitment item

Hi

We are created a PO -Service entry ,then the commitment is not getting created for this PO in 2009,but 2008 is working fine.This PO has WBS as account assignment.But when we do a PO for material it gets the commitment created both in 2008 and 2009.

Can anyone let me know where the settings are made for this.

Commitments need to be activated per year. Please look at this URL:

Can i get the tcode pls.I couldnt find tcode or path in the link
