WM stock clearance

Hi

Our user have stock in WM of a material 355000, 1 item at batch

0225321002 and 58 items at batch 0225363001 ,but there is no stock in IM.

User wants to clear this, what are steps to clear the WM stock?

Hi,

My questions:

- How many storage locations are assigned to that WH you are speaking about (SPRO > Enterprise Strucure > Assignment > LE > Assign WH no. to Plant/SLoc)? Did you check the stock in all of those SLocs?

- What can you see in report LX23 if you run it for your WH?

If you have problem in your WH according to report LX23 you should check OSS note 535043.

Do you have a neagtive in your Warehouse for re-balance the stocks?

How do you want to write off the material? Typically you would count the offending qty/bin and this would result in a count difference (ie. zero count) You would then review your WM count results and clear the difference using Li20 to clear the difference through 999 storage type.

If needed (but not in your case) you would continue to clear the difference in IM using LI21

In this case I would need to know more about how did the IM stock get written off and what process are you carrying out in the warehouse?
