Hi,

Yes...you can use STO, TO functionality in SAP IS Retail too.

DC acts as an internal Customer to Store.

For TO, you need to activate Warehouse Management. (Either Lean or full-fledged)

Hi,

Correct me if I m wrong.

As of I understand and studied,

DC acts as a Internal Vendor to Store.

Store acts as a Internal Customer to DC.

Yes...you are right!!

If returns from a site to a vendor are to be processed with the aid of Sales and Distribution documents, the vendor must also be created as a customer in the system.

This will apply if delivery documents are to be generated and billed in the system for returns from a distribution center to a vendor, for instance.

Thats means....DC act as a Vendor cum Customer

This you can observe at the time of creating Site Master using transaction code WB01.
