The error message about CN014.

When use CN21 to create a network, the error message is below:

"WBS element 2009030 for network/order 00000000001 not (partially) released Message no. CN014".

but use CJ20N, below WBS 2009030, can create network.

how to solve this question?

Please explain me all the steps to be required.

hi

please check your configuration for the Network profile & Network type.

while creating the network itself the system is setting the status as "REL" - Released.

Because there are many network in one project, so user need the network is auto released.

but in cn21, can't create the network and message is "CN014".
