Hi,
When we reject a shopping cart that is in approval then the user gets the message "The document is locked" But no locks on this document exist.
Anyone heard of this problem before?

did you checked the table BBP_WFLOCK as well or just the SM12?
May there is a lock in table BBP_WFLOCK. As solution, you can
remove the lock entry in this table .
It could be as well, that note 897796 should be implemented...
