Can anybody tell me about Differences between composite roles 'Purchaser' and 'Purchasing manager'?

roles SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER and SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASE_MANAGER

HI,

In this role SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER - The buyer will be having authorisation to create the shopping cart where as he will not be having authorisation to release the shopping cart

SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASE_MANAGER- Authorisation will be there to Release the shopping cart only
