Shopping cart status

Hello All,

when i hit the shopping cart status button and select the time frame as last 7 days , last 30 days , last 90 days ..... last 30 days list retreving process is taking more time ...

did any one know why this is happening .....can cany provide me the name of the include in which we should see to retrieve the code associated with it.

Hello all,

do any one has any idea about this issue.... particualry about any note?

actually the functional people said that the two views

BBP_PDVIEW_BUP

BBP_PDVIEW_IAP

are called around 800 times ..but when i go to BBPSC04 and change the change the time frame to 30 days from 7 days and start debugging it, i did not come across this while debugging.i dont understand from where the archived list of shopping carts are retrieved?

if any have any idea pls reply.. thanks

Hi

there are a lot of SAP notes concerning bbpsc04 and performance. Maybe you can check those first and implement according to the system support package.

Another helpful note concerning this is 856803, please check the settings concerning the index tables.
