Excise Invoice with Reference to Delivery

Hi,

i want to create Excise Invoice with reference to Delivery *without creating "JEX"*(Proforma Invoice)

OR->LF->J1IIN->F2 ie. Commercial Invoice after Excise Invoice. is it possible?

Hello Amol,

you can create with reference of the deliveyr document. in J1iin trnsaction you have the option in the header tabs of create from delivery

enter the delivery and create the excise invocie

for that u require either F2 or JEX(Proforma Excise invoice) to be created.

Dear Amol,

You can not create excise invoice with out creating any billing document be it Proforma or Commercial Invoice. If you try to do so the system will show an error like For delivery XXXX no document of type XX exist.

Hi,

You can, but i am not sure i need to check.

One way where in we can create excise invoice with referance to OBD in go to J1IIN->click on excise invoice for delivery(In main menu)-> create----> enter OBD no and proceed.
