DMR: Max. Inspection duration

Hi,

I need some help related to Dynamic Mod. Rule and Max. Inspec. duration.

Case:

I am using, DMR, 'At lot creation', Rest period (days) 1, and Stages are 2 (100 - initial and 200 - skip).

GR from Production. Inspection Type 04.

Production order qty: 1000.

Partial GR in day 1: 50+ 50+ 50+ 50+ 50 (5 GR batch)

I need to inspect 1st batch for the day, all other batch will be skipped.

Partial GR in day 2 (from same Production order) : 60+ 60+ 60+ 60

Again, I need to inspect 1st batch and skip others.

I have created a Dynamic modification rule which is skipping the lots perfectly.

Problem:

When the day changes, Inspection Level does not go back to Initial stage.

For information I have maintained Reset period (days), under Validity of quality level in DMR as '1'.

Also I have maintained Maximum Skip Duration as '1' day under 'Inspection stage' (stage responsible for Skip).

Is any other setting required to change the Inspection Level to Initial Stage.

Best regards,

Abir.

Dear Abir

i think there is a clash between Reset period (days) & Maximum Skip Duration .

Do not maintain Reset period and test again

Abir - try following:

Stage 100: InspSev - 4, Initial stage checkbox - select, No. of inspection - 1, next stage 200, Rejection - 1, Next stage 200.

Stage 200: Skip checkbox - select, Max duration - 1, next stage 100.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!!!!
