stages in shipment

Hi All,

User requirement is to add multiple stages to the shipment i have created and within each stage the different deliveries/commodity codes should be mentioned.

can any one help me how to do satisfy his requirement?

Hi Gupta,

Once you create a shipment, save it and go to VT02N T-code (change) mode; click on "Stages" tab page.

If you have input Forwarding Agent in the overview screen; you will find one line in the "Stage" screen.

To add more stages to shipment; click on "Create Shipment Leg" icon at the bottom of the "Stage" screen. Input your second level / Stage details here. Next to this you find "Delivery" icon. You can use this to add deliveries to it.

You can input Commodity Codes in the "Additional Info" field of the corresponding stage. Like wise you can add "n" number of stages, attach deliveiries and commodity codes to it.
